We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible for both our students and our business. Please review our cancellation policy below for the Lino Print Day Class:Cancellations by the Customer
- More than 14 days before the class:
- Full refund minus a £5 admin fee, or transfer to a future class free of charge.
- 7–14 days before the class:
- 50% refund, or transfer to a future class with a £10 rebooking fee (subject to availability).
- Less than 7 days before the class:
- No refund, but you may transfer your place to a friend or family member at no extra cost. Please notify us of the name change in advance.
- No-shows:
- No refund or transfer.
- In the unlikely event that the class is cancelled by us (e.g., due to illness or insufficient numbers), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.
- Please email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel or transfer your booking. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
