Welcome to Jamie Poole Arts! I want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how your art and cards are shipped, as well as my returns policy.
UK Shipping
- Cards:
- All cards are shipped via a tracked UK service—usually Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked, but sometimes Evri—for £3.50. Secure, reliable, and beautifully packaged.
- Free UK shipping on orders over £20! The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout.
- Other Products (Prints, Crosses, Calendars):
- Shipped via a tracked UK service (Royal Mail or Evri), with costs displayed at checkout.
- Orders over £20 qualify for free UK shipping.
- Dispatch Time:
- I aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–3 business days of your order.
- Commissioned or personalised items may take longer—please see product descriptions for details.
- Packaging:
- Every order is carefully wrapped to protect your artwork and ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
International Shipping (Rest of World)
- I’m happy to ship worldwide! Shipping costs are based on your order total:
- Orders up to £10: £5 shipping (for cards and small items)
- Orders £10.01–£50: £15 shipping (for prints, crosses, calendars)
- Orders over £50: £20 shipping (for larger/multiple items)
- All international orders are sent with a tracked service for your peace of mind. Delivery times vary by destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs/import duties.
- If your country is not listed or you’re unsure about shipping costs, please contact me for a custom quote.

Tracking & Delivery
- All UK and international orders are sent with tracking for your peace of mind. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- I use Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked or Evri for UK deliveries, and tracked international services for overseas orders, selecting the best option for your order’s size and destination.
- If you have any special delivery requests, please add a note at checkout or contact me directly.
Free Shipping
- Free UK shipping automatically applies to all orders over £20.
Returns & Refunds
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Once I receive your returned item, I will issue a refund or exchange as agreed.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos so I can resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
