God's Grandeur Whitby Harbour
This is a beautiful scene from the coast of England showing Whitby Harbour in Yorkshire. It was made using the poems of Gerard Manley Hopkins including 'God's Grandeur' and 'Pied Beauty' using paper. I printed out these words in different colours before ripping, tearing and cutting them to form the idyllic scene showing fishing boats moored in the harbour. Parts of both poems can also be read in the painting.
This Giclee print on paper is offered as a limited edition of only 50 signed prints measuring 32x59cm (including a white border).
